Return Policy

We want you to be happy with our company and our products.  For this we will gladly accept back any items purchased within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of any opened, unsealed loose leaf tea products. We recommend trying small quantities, such as our 2oz sample sizes (25 cups), before placing larger orders of tea.  Damaged and defective items can be returned for exchange or refund via original form of payment.  Contact us immediately, no longer than 3 days upon receipt of the order, so that we can assist you with a solution.

Unfortunately, we will not cover the cost of shipping unwanted products back to us.  All returns must be shipped back to Kokomo Tea using a traceable courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL).  It will be the sole responsibility of the customer for any package that has not been received by Kokomo Tea and for which tracking information cannot be provided.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all packages returned to us because of an incorrect address was provided, or in the case that all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful  The fee is assessed to cover shipping charges incurred when USPS, FedEx or UPS returns your order to Kokomo Tea.
